Welcome to Blessed Sacrament Parish

Blessed Sacrament Parish is located in beautiful Pauoa Valley on the island of Oahu. Built by the Sacred Heart Fathers in 1938, the church was previously a mission church built in the style of the Southern Californian missions. In the mid-1940s, it became a parish of the Diocese of Honolulu.

Blessed Sacrament has the unique distinction of being the only Parish on the island of Oahu that regularly offers both the Ordinary Form of the Mass (The Novus Ordo Mass of Paul VI) as well as the Extraordinary Form of the Mass (the Traditional Latin Mass according to the Missal of 1962).

Please feel free to browse our site to learn more about our parish including Mass times, contact information, and special announcements from our Pastor!

Welcome from our Pastor, Fr. Steve Nguyen

Built upon the eternal foundation of Jesus Christ and His Apostles, Blessed Sacrament Parish strives to be the Ohana (Family) of Ohanas (Families). Together, we support and nurture each other as we journey through life with Jesus Christ.

Being closer to God is essential. Our sole mission in life is to continually bring each other and ourselves closer to God. We express our gratitude and sense of awe by worshipping Him in two Forms: Ordinary (Novus Ordo) and Extraordinary (Tridentine Latin Mass).

Please utilize this website as just one of the many opportunities to be a part of the Blessed Sacrament community, as well as the mission of the larger Church. On these pages you will find our Mass times both in English and Latin, Confession times, the clergy calendar, as well as information for special events.

May God bless you always,

Fr. Steve Nguyen
